Pastor
Kevin Schneider
Hi everyone, my name is Kevin, and I came to know Jesus personally on August 7, 1986. It was at that moment that I heard an audible voice which said, “You are going to be a pastor.” That was the beginning of my journey toward ministry. I had to go to college and seminary, but I can tell you that I am the most blessed person as “I get paid to do what I would do for free.” I have been involved in fulltime ministry since 1996. I am married to Jeanne and together we have five children. My wife and I love to be active together enjoying everything from golf to softball. We cherish being papa and nana to our two grandchildren. We also love our Bethany church family, and if you come join us, you may fall in love with our family too!

Jill Devitt
I am married, have 2 children, and have worked at Bethany church since April 2017. I enjoy gardening, reading, and recognizing the goodness of God in daily tasks. I am blessed to work at Bethany.
Youth/Education
Maddy Schneider
I am currently a student at the University of Sioux Falls studying Business and Marketing. I was born and raised in Sioux Falls. I have previously done mission work, and I love working with youth and connecting with students. I have enjoyed the opportunity to help lead worship at Bethany. I love being outdoors and playing volleyball in the summer, and I am a huge fan of coffee and good conversation! I have been at Bethany since May of 2022.
We are led as a congregation by our consistory. The consistory is made up of four elders and four deacons. The elders are charged with the spiritual care of our members. The deacon’s handle the physical care of the building and the financial care of the church and congregation.
